BOOKING POLICIES

All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation policy is not followed, you will be required to forfeit your appointment retainer, and must pay a new appointment retainer fee to rebook your appointment.

A $100 (plus tax and fee) non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 

​

This deposit is transferable to reschedule your appointment so long as I am given a minimum of 72 hours notice.  

​

It is NOT transferable to another person.  If you choose to cancel your appointment at any time, the deposit is forfeited.

Bookings cannot be scheduled for others, you must book your own appointments.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, and no earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment.

PAYMENT

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. 

 

We do not accept Care Credit, Venmo, Paypal, or any other email money transfers besides the deposit invoice sent directly via email.

Prices are subject to change at any time.

RESCHEUDLING

Clients must provide at least 72 hours notice to reschedule their appointment.  The $100 deposit will be transferred to the new appointment as long as rescheduling is done at least 72 priors to appointment.  If done any sooner, your appointment deposit will be forfeit, and a new appointment retainer will be required to be paid.

In order to change the date/time of your appointment, please call or text us  us at 9182068803. 

CANCELLATIONS

We request 72 hours notice for cancellations, however the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Your appointment retainer is not transferable to another service, or another person's appointment.

 

 If you show up to your appointment, and decide to not follow through with procedure, you will also forfeit your appointment retainer. 

LATE/NO SHOWS

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.  

 

Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.  We understand that time is precious, so to help us stay on schedule, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

If you no call/no show, and still would like to rebook an appointment, you will be required to pay for appointment in advance.  

GUARANTEES

Christa Nordquist or any affiliates of Browhaus Tulsa offers NO GUARANTEE for your permanent makeup results.  

​

Individual results will vary from client to client.  

​

Aftercare of your permanent makeup and your skin type will contribute to your final results.  

​

Some may require additional touchups to achieve their desired results.  Additional touch pricing will apply.  

STUDIO

Pets are not allowed within the building.  

​

If you would like to bring a guest, they must wait in reception  area until procedure is complete.

 

No children. If this cannot be followed, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment, and forfeit your appointment deposit.  

 

We are APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please book a consultation time before stopping by.

Maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our schedule means so much to us. Please ensure that you arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Don’t forget! Make sure to arrive without any makeup on the areas being treated.

​

We kindly ask to turn your phone on silent, and not to use it during procedure.  

​

No food is permitted inside the treatment room.
